This week’s police round-up tells how vandals smashed the patio door of a house with a rock and reveal how a man was arrested after allegedly becoming abusive within Oban police station.
Driver stopped

Police are investigating this matter and appealing for witnesses. Should you have information, please phone on 101 quoting crime reference CR/0136008/24.
Vandalism at bus stop
Between 3.30pm and 9pm on Friday, unknown persons have caused significant damage to the bus stop opposite Lochnell Primary School, Benderloch. Police are investigating this matter and appealing for witnesses.
Threatening and Abusive Behaviour
At 2pm on April 16 at Oban Police Station, a man attended the station to report a matter. Whilst at the station, it is alleged that the male became abusive towards officers.
