Oban FM is back on air after moving into its plush new premises in a Rockfield cabin - next to the charity shop.
With two studios, all the latest broadcasting and recording kit, office space and a green room for guests to chill - Oban FM is right on cue to get its 30 volunteer presenters up and running again.
Morning and Drivetime shows have already aired and within the month all the programmes should be back on air with a full programme, says station convener and drivetime host Campbell Cameron - 'and we can't wait', he added.
Campbell said The Rockfield Centre had been a huge help providing the station with a temporary bolt-hole in the main building while Oban FM made the transition.
'We are right at the heart of the creative community here at Rockfield and the town centre,' he added.
A massive fundraising mission supported by organisations, grant-givers and the public have helped make the move possible.
'We are hugely grateful to everyone who has supported us - big and small,' Campbell said.
Global listeners should also be able to tune into Oban FM again soon, with plans to grow even more terrestrial listeners adding to the regulars from as far as Onich near Fort William down to Kilmartin and along the east coast of Mull.
