Young environmentalists in Oban are being invited to enter a competition celebrating ’happiness In nature.’
The three-stage competition is being run by Rotary Great Britain and Ireland and the organisation’s Oban branch want to encourage as many of the area’s young people to enter it as possible.
Anyone was was aged under 17 on August 31 last year can take part, says the Oban branch’s Alex Burton.
There are different age classes for entries. Young people can enter individually, or as part of a team of up to four.
All entries will be digital and be the result of a project which does not need to be lengthy but has to be based on the theme which is Happiness In Nature.
