A pre-planned operation to crack down on drugs Campbeltown saw a cocaine haul found within a property.
Attempted theft
Police are investigating and appealing for witnesses after a flat on Longrow/Aqualibrium Avenue, Campbeltown, was entered and potentially searched for property of value between 8am and 6pm on March 27.

Drugs operation
At 2.45pm on March 29, police executed a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at an address in Hillside Road, Campbeltown, where officers allegedly seized 70 grams of cocaine, £1,340 and paraphernalia connected with drug supply.
A 26-year-old man was arrested and later charged with possession with intent to supply. He has been released on an undertaking and a report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
Domestic abuse
During the past week, police recorded one crime of vandalism and two crimes of threatening and abusive behaviour in the Mid Argyll, Kintyre and the islands area, which led to two men being arrested and subsequently charged with domestic abuse.
