Watch the moment a ship sunk in Oban Bay on the morning of March 3 2026.
The RNLI, Coastguard, and nearby Kerrera Marina all responded to the incident, as a ship was spotted listing in the sound of Kerrera around 7am.
No casualties were recorded in the incident, as no crew were on the ship.
The member of the public who put in the call to the RNLI, Johnathan Nicol, said: "I saw it from the road, it looked like the boat was over on it’s side.
"We left our mooring and just as we got close to it, it started sinking under. I flipped my phone out to record and called the RNLI."
