The Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership has launched its consultation on the proposed changes to home care provision in Argyll and Bute.
The plans are to introduce a ceiling of 25 hours per week for care at home services, which the NHS says costs roughly the same as a residential care spot.
For anyone assessed as needing more than this threshold, other options will be considered, including residential care.
If you want to take part in the consultation, you can do so by visiting the NHS Highland Engagement Hub, completing the online questionnaire, or attending the in person consultation events, details of which will be posted to the Engagement Hub when they are finalised.
The consultation runs until August 31.
Once responses are collected, a report will be finalised by September 10, to be presented to Argyll and Bute’s Integration Joint Board for decision on September 17.
