The Taynuilt Community Choir is hosting its first ever Christmas concert this weekend.
The choir warmly invites residents and visitors to a festive evening of music at Candlelit Carols, taking place on Saturday, December 6, at 7.00pm in Muckairn Church.
There will be many popular favourites to get you in the Christmas mood including O Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night and In the Bleak Mid Winter.
With solos from talented members of the choir, Miriam Harden on piano, Cathy Davies on fiddle and Norman Nicholson on organ it promises to be a festive treat.
It makes for a perfect end to their choir’s maiden year, which has seen it gain over 100 members in just 10 months.
The church will be lit by a hundred candles for the performance.
It’s a beautiful way to begin the festive period and to share music that brings warmth and connection at this time of year.
The event is open to all, and admission is £5.
