A successful fundraising drive for a new Lochaber Rural Education Trust mini bus has got young people back on the road to enjoy the group’s centre at Torlundy.
One of the first groups to benefit were Banavie Primary School’s P3 pupils who recently braved the rain and enjoyed smelling the fresh mint and learning about flowers on their visit.
Schools and other organisations who in the past regularly attended fun learning sessions at the An Clachan Torlundy base had found it increasingly difficult to afford transport which prompted the fund-raising effort to provide the minibus.
