Scotland’s flagship contemporary dance company, Scottish Dance Theatre brings its acclaimed 40th Anniversary Triple Bill to Skye this spring.
Performances, presented by SEALL, will take to the stage at Dunvegan Community Hall on Wednesday March 25 and Sabhal Mòr Ostaig on Thursday March 26.
Celebrating four decades at the forefront of Scottish dance, the Triple Bill brings together three contrasting works where audiences can expect an evening combining powerful physical movement with evocative music and storytelling.
The programme includes Joan Clevillé’s O Chiadain and Lo, a haunting and atmospheric work set to music by Skye’s own Brìdhge Chaimbeul who will be performing at her own SEALL concert at Kyle Village Hall on Friday March 6.
Also featured is the exhilarating Moving Cloud, alongside a brand-new creation by choreographer Tess Letham.
