Lochaber Burns Club held their annual Supper in The Alexandra Hotel on the evening of Friday January 23.
Outgoing president John Hutchison presided over a successful evening in the clubs 127th year.
The top table speakers were piped in by piper Andrew Orr after which the traditional "Address to the Haggis" was given by Bill Cameron.
After some fine hamely fare a thought provoking "Immortal Memory" was delivered by Dr John Wallace.
Traditional tunes and songs were provided by Innes MacKintosh after which he presented an informative and entertaining whisky themed "Land We Live In" speech.
Resplendent in his night gown and bed cap Kenny Lang recited Burns’ well known poem "Holy Willie’s Prayer" brought to life with a wee candle along with kale and potatoes.
Ali Smith presented an equally poignant and humorous "Reply on behalf of the Lassies".
Finlay Finlayson summarised the 127th Lochaber supper in giving "The Vote of Thanks" with insight on past suppers as well as reflecting on the relevance of the supper speeches in relation to Burns’ outlook.
Ali Smith was installed as the President of The Lochaber Burns Club with John Hutchison passing on the Lochaber Burns Club medal.
The supper concluded with a hearty rendition of "Auld Lang Syne".
