Jenni Minto has held her seat in Argyll and Bute with a reduced majority of 2,551.
The SNP minister recorded 40 per cent of the vote securing 11,019 ballots.
Former Liberal Democrat MP and candidate Alan Reid came in second place with 8,468 votes - increasing the parties share by over 10 per cent from 2021.
Reform UK candidate Amanda Hampsey came in third with 3,678 votes.
Speaking after her victory Ms Minto thanked her team, her family and the voters for placing their trust in her.
She added: "Argyll and Bute is Scotland’s most beautiful constituency but not just because of our wonderful landscape but also because of the people.
"It has been an absolute privilege to serve you for the last five years. My aim has always been to take Argyll and Bute to Holyrood, not the other way round. And I will continue to do so for the next five years."
