Lochaber High School pupils joined the audience for BBC Scotland’s Debate Night programme on Wednesday February 11.
The topical audience discussion TV programme similar to Question Time was filmed at The Nevis Centre and featured a panel of top guests and a studio audience made up of local voices.
Host Stephen Jardine put the questions to the panel which was made up of: Emma Roddick SNP MSP Highlands and Islands; Jamie Halcro Johnston, Scottish Conservatives MSP Highlands & Islands; Daniel Johnson, Scottish Labour MSP Edinburgh Southern; Alex Cole-Hamilton MSP, Leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats; Journalist Heather Dewar.

Residents from all around the Highlands made up the studio audience including eight pupils and one teacher, Mr Fairbairn, from Lochaber High School. Some of the pupils and teachers voiced their opinion during the show too.
